DAY 15/365

Today was definitely better than yesterday. Not much to joy down but good times with family and my brother. 

Not really in the mood to type the rest out  - hehe. 

Plus I'm lazy with lazy tired eyes 😁

DAY 14/365

Day of thoughts. Too many thoughts really..

I'm not sure how to feel. Today I had the feeling of unhappiness. Depressed. I just wanted to cry and I'm not sure why. I just thought of everything that wasn't good. Why am I here? There's nothing exciting. Sure I like to make others feel good and laugh..but what about me? I just don't know. 

Having thoughts of missing my little baby rabbit as well - that just seemed to be the cherry on top to make me feel worse. 

Come to think of it...ever since I lost mojito..I feel different. Not a good different. Emptiness. 

I want to feel happy again. I just don't know how..

And being with Marvin always makes me happy but I feel like I need more. That doesn't seem right....like when I'm with him I'm happy but when I'm not..i just feel down. 

I don't want to feel like this. Like I'm worthless. Empty. Sad. 

I want to be happy again. 

Tonight I'm going to pray and seek God for guidance. I hope to find the real reason why I felt this way today..and sadly continue to do so..

DAY 13/365

FAMILY DAY - Our car kinda got frozen from the weather..
Oh did you not know? It was -33 DEGREES OUT TODAY! OHMERGOODNESS!

Dad was able to get the car moving after an hour or so of warming it up.. but he came home early and our whole family was together and we enjoyed a nice time - if i do say so myself :)

I, Roshelle, made some yummy piquante macaroni and cheese! I think I made it a little too spicy..but still good.

Doesn't that look good? Well.. I think so..hmph!

Some good talks with friends on whats app too, hello fab ladies - I know you're reading ;)

My sister and I were talking about this actually. Feels like since I made that group message us ladies have become much closer, or no? I thought so ;) - MUAH! XOXO

Now... CATCHING UP ON NASHVILLE! OHMERGOODNESS! EEEK! RAYNA IS ENGAGED TO LUKE AND NOW DEACON WANTS BACK WITH RAYNA?! TOO MUCH TO HANDLE!

Dinner? Meh. Soup.

Oh Marvin? He's sound asleep. Poor guy, worked from one store to another and did doggy errands too! :( BUT I'm so proud of him! Lucky me! <3 ilovehim!

Why does Monday always seem to be cleaning day.. and only for me? ugh..
But that was my day. Cleaning. Plus cooking for myself and family. Yay! (Yes yay!) Why? 'cause I make the best dinners - DUH!

I use to always get in trouble for saying "DUH".. ahha

Who loves cleaning anyways.. I only know 2 people.. bahaha
 Today's post will be small cause I've got nothing else to say but in pictures again!

WEDDING ANNIVERSARY DAY!

Today was a relaxed day.. until we had to add more finishing touches to the cake which made us a tad late to church...

BUT ALL IS GOOD!

The wedding was suh cute!!

I wish them many more years of a wonderful marriage. Of course, not all marriages are perfect but finding ways to just keep going even if there is a small or big bump on the road - love should just continue. *prepares to sing* UNCONDITIONAL - UNCONDITIONALLY - I WILL LOVE YOUU UNCONDITIONALLY!

DAY 10/365

TIME TO FINISH THE CAKE DAY!

The past three days, I might have left out this detail...
We're making a wedding cake! YAY!

The cake is for our friends( we actually call each other brother and sisters, but I think it sounds better in Spanish than the way it sounds in English..) who are having their 25th wedding anniversary! It's not everyday that you see a lovely, long lasting couple/marriage anymore.. but this was beautiful!

I'll just post the final "product" of this wonderful cake!

Filling: Peaches and fresh made icing.

The actual cake was made from scratch.

The photo is edible. 

The whole cake is definitely edible!

And man, did it taste good.. <3

DAY 09/365

DATE NIGHT

TGIF! Thank Goodness It's Friday! And since it's Friday, I have a date night with my lovey! Our plan? PLAYDIUM(the ultimate place to play) + dinner at Shoeless Joe's (YUM!)

My food..it was OH SO GOOD! I was craving for something saucy but not too saucy (if you know what I mean) and that's what I got in the crispy prosciutto sandwich! Plus french fries once in a while wouldn't hurt.. ;)

DESSERT! DESERT! Either way it was DELICIOUS! ugh.. Chocolate ganache.. that hit the spot alright.

(I think this just might become a daily food blog...no(?)

DAY 08/365

Been pretty busy this week.. well also lazy to stay up late and post too..hehe.

A LIL CATCH UP

This week has been relaxing but busy at the same time. Lots of family activities being done + business. That's what's kept me busy. But not too much detail now. :)

Tuesday was worship group practice - basically choir. We really have to sing - like really - 'cause apparently about 80 people will be at church all for a sisters 25th anniversary wedding remake BUT Baptist style now. They were married in the Catholic tradition at first but now are Baptists. Got it? Get it? GOOD.

Now what..

DAY 04/365

Sunday, fun day! Also known as CHURCH DAY! :)

Most Sunday's as a family we would have brunch - we all wake up, we all contribute to making a delicious meal and watch movies until it's time to go! But this Sunday WE SLEPT IN BEAUTIFULLY! (and had left over tacos + soup.)

Church is always an amazing time.. but lately feels weird(?) Not sure why..but I know there's something... Oh well. Only thing I can say is... well not much but to either confront the fact that there is something that is bothering or not to and just move along.

When you free yourself from negative people, you free yourself to be YOU - and being YOU is the only way to truly live. 

I'll just leave it at that then.

DAY 03/365 2015

IT'S A LAZY DAY + TACO NIGHT!

How can one say no to that? I THINK NO ONE!

Also noting that the weather outside was definitely frightful(see what I did there? hehe)with the snow and freezing rain..lucky for me I STAYED HOME! YAY ME! (London Tipton Reference here...)
Enjoy the mini throwback there? YAY YOU! HAHA!
Now back to tacos...

LOOK AT THIS! IT IS BEAUTIFUL!

WE HAVE:

Shredded Pork mixed with hot portuguese sauce & a bit of tomato sauce + hot sauce

Diced(extra mini diced) celery & cucumbers

Shredded lettuce

Diced(extra mini diced) red onions

Diced(extra mini diced) tomatoes

AND(my fav...)

AVOCADO (transformed into guac)

AND YOU MIX IT ALTOGETHER AND YOU GET THE BEST OF ALL WORLDS! ;)

While doing all of this process don't forget to have fun and laugh, just like my sister kept doing while my father and I were doing this whole set up..mhmmm LOL

AND HEART DEFENSOR SNAPCHATTED ME! THE HEAT I GOT FROM SEEING THAT ON MY CELL PHONE SCREEN WAS SURREAL! 

Thought I'd share that... :D

ON ANOTHER NOTE:

QUESTION? When you try and say something that's exciting to you and you don't get to finish talking about it and SOMEONE interrupts by saying something rude and assuming... shouldn't that SOMEONE be the one to apologize?..Like they should have shut their mouth..right? I think it was just plain rude. hmph.

ON THE BRIGHT SIDE, BIG thanks to our Lord for this lovely day!

DAY 02/365 2015

IT'S THE SECOND DAY OF THE NEW YEAR AND EVERYTHING IS OPENED AGAIN! YIPPY!

As my sleepover with my friend and sister continue.. My boyfriend and I have decided to get together and go out for... SUSHI!

I should probably mention now that I, Roshelle, ABSOLUTELY LOVE SUSHI + PIZZA! I hope that's clear enough..hehe.

AND SO.. we did go out for sushi! Ugh, why is sushi so delicious? I don't even know..like look at the little guys.. so colourful...so mouth watering..

I want you back.

Afterwards, we walked over to the mini mall across from Sushi and just explored (window shopped) but in the end I bought the most beautiful new arrival dress.. UGH! I just don't know when to wear it now... Maybe for an upcoming wedding? Perhaps. We'll see =D!

AND FINALLY, church time!
Since today is the first Friday of the month, our church has a "virgilia" a night of meditation.
And it was the Youth Groups turn this month. I think my friend, Marcela, did  an amazing job being able to go up front of the church and to speak from 8pm to 11pm..I could never. Oh, and beautiful music was played!

Welcome new blog!

I gave blogging a try before...so let's try this again, shall we?

DAY 01/365 of 2015
First day of 2015, such a relaxing day! Did absolutly nothing! Well..not literally..had my friend sleepover and enjoyed every minute of it! Staying in Pj's all day feels oh so good..especially for being a girl --ahh!

Food eaten? Of course! For the eve of New Years we had what we all call a buffet(YUM)!

OH WHAT A NIGHT!

All that food lasted for sure! Man, did that ever make me full.
Not to mentioned that we stayed up late...like 4am? Yeah..
But what a way to kick off the new year, huh? :)
